4 swordfish steaks
3/4 cup grated cheese
1teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon milk


1. Place steaks under 160% grill for 5 minutes
2. Mix remaining ingredients and season with sea salt and pepper
3. Turn fish and spread the uncooked side with cheese mixture
4. Grill a further 5 minutes until fish is cooked and the topping bubbling
5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
