6 tablespoons hoisin sauce                                                 
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
4 fresh Tuna steaks


1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a non- metallic bowl
2. Coat Tuna well, marinate for at least 1 hour
3. remove Tuna from marinade shaking off excess
4. Cook on preheated barbecue 3 minutes each side for medium rare 
5. Serve with toasted sesame seeds scattered over top
