Fresh Tuna steak
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Olive oil
Spring onion and red chilli to garnish


1. Heat pan with a little olive oil over high heat, sear Tuna  3-4 minutes each side
2. Remove and rest
3. Using same pan add sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce, soy and sesame seeds
4. Bring to heat without reducing to much
5. Place Tuna on a large plate, spoon dressing mixture over top
6.Garnish with spring onions and chilli
