700g of fresh Tuna steaks
2 tablespoons Dijon honey mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or white vinegar


1. Place Tuna in a glass bowl, combine all other ingredients together mixing well
2. Pour over Tuna and coat all sides well
3. Cover with plastic wrap refrigerate until time to grill
4. Spray a clean grill with non-stick cooking spray 
5. Grill Tuna about 5-7 minutes until charred on both sides and a bit pink in the middle
