Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 large clove garlic minced
1 knob fresh root ginger minced
4 Tuna steaks about 2cm thick
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

 

Instructions

1. In a shallow dish stir together soy sauce, rice wine, garlic and ginger
2. Place Tuna in marinade turn to coat. Cover, refrigerate at least 30 minutes
3. Preheat barbecue to medium – high heat
4. Remove Tuna from marinade discarding remaining liquid
5. Brush both sides of Tuna with oil
6. Cook approximately 3 - 6 minutes each side or until cooked to preference
