2 whole sea Bream
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried coriander
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
A pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons olive oil and a little extra for drizzling
2 limes
200g fresh dill    


Make the spice  
1. Combine paprika, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper   
2. Add juice of half a lime and 2-3 tablespoons olive oil to create a smooth paste

Prepare the fish   
1. Wash and pat fish dry, score the fish on both sides 
2. Rub the spice paste all over the fish inside and out  
3. making sure you get it inside the scored parts too
4. Roughly chop the dill and slice the lime  
5. Add a few slices of lime and a sprinkle of dill inside each of the fish
6. Line a tray with foil, place the fish on and drizzle with olive oil

7. Grill under a high heat for 5 minutes on each side   
8. Finish cooking by baking in the over at 180 degrees a further 10 minutes until cooked
