2 tablespoons olive oil
4 flounder, cleaned and prepared
Salt and pepper, to taste
100ml white wine
100ml fish stock
Squeeze lemon juice
1 sprig dill, chopped


1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Line a baking dish with foil brush with half the olive oil 
3. Lay fish in dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Drizzle with olive oil and pour over wine, stock and lemon juice
5. Sprinkle on the dill and bake in preheated oven until done, about 10 minutes
