Ingredients

8 Sand Whiting Fillets 
Oregano 
Salt 
Pepper 
Lemon Juice 

Instructions 

1. Place Whiting Fillets onto a large piece of aluminium foil
2. Curl the edges of the foil creating a shallow dish
3. Sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano over the fillets
4. Squeeze a liberal amount of lemon juice over the fillets
5. Ensure the BBQ is hot and place the foil onto the BBQ hotplate
6. Can also be cooked in a conventional oven or grill if you refer
7. Allow the fish to cook for approximately 5 minutes
8. Serve immediately
