Ingredients

3ooml sour cream
250g cooked peeled prawns
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon snipped chives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Instructions

1. In a food processor pulse together all ingredients
2. Season to taste
3. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, dash of tabasco sauce and sprinkle of chives
4. Serve with pita chips
