1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 x 125g Tuna steaks


1. Mix together in a non- reactive dish orange juice, soy sauce
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, and pepper
3. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and turn to coat
4. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
5. Preheat grill to high heat
6. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook the tuna steaks for 5 to 6 minutes
7. Turn and baste with the marinade
8. Cook an additional 5 minutes, or to desired taste
9. Discard any remaining marinade
