Ingredients

2 Swordfish steaks
1 clove garlic, grated
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 green onion, chopped

Instructions 

1. Mix all ingredients except the Swordfish steaks together in a medium bowl
2. Rinse fish with water pat dry season with salt and pepper on both sides
3. Add fish to marinade, turning once or twice with tongs to coat all sides
4. Marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator, turning once 
5. TIP: don't marinate too long or the acid in the lemon juice will start to "cook" the fish
6. Heat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates
7. Grill steaks for 3 minutes on each side and serve
