4 Swordfish, steaks
3 cloves Garlic
3 Lemons, juice of
3 tablespoons Parsley, fresh
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup White wine


1. Combine oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, juice, white wine in a small bowl
2. Place swordfish in a lightly oiled baking dish cook under grill around 5 minutes
3. Flip swordfish and cook for 5 minutes
4. Pour sauce over fish and cook for 5 more minutes
5. Transfer swordfish to serving plates, spoon marinade on top and serve
