2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
4 swordfish steaks


1. Combine in a shallow glass baking dish oil, juice and mustard 
2. Add onion, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, coriander and cayenne pepper  
3. Add swordfish turning to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 
4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally
5. Preheat barbecue to high heat and lightly oil the grate
6. Cook swordfish 5 to 6 minutes each side until flakes easily with a fork
