650g Swordfish steaks (skin removed)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 cup thick plain yoghurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tandoori paste
3cm piece ginger (peeled and grated)
1/2 a lemon (juiced)


1. Combine tandoori paste, garlic, and ginger, yoghurt and lemon juice in a bowl
2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of oil and salt
3. Brush swordfish with mixture, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
4. Pan fry or barbecue to taste
