1/3 cups sweet chili sauce
1/2 cups lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons lemongrass (finely chopped fresh)
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (finely)
1/3 cups chopped fresh mint (finely)
1/3 inches ginger (grated)
4 Swordfish steaks 
Lemon wedges
Mixed salad greens


1. Place all ingredients except fish in a medium bowl mix well
2. Cook fish on heated oiled grill pan until cooked to desired taste
3. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with mixed salad and lemon wedges
