Ingredients

Marlin Steaks
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Wild Rice Salad
1/4 cup wild rice, cooked and cooled
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 celery rib, finely chopped
1 small green onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

 

1. Brush steaks with a little bit of olive oil 
2. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper
3. Place on a hot grill 
4. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until it becomes opaque 
5. Just like tuna keep it slightly raw on the interior
6. Mix all Rice ingredients together
