2 Marlin Steaks 
30 grams lemon juice 
15g olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger,
grated Tad cayenne pepper 
Dash black pepper
1 bok choy 
100g Snow peas (whole) 
1 tomato, Medium, Diced 
1 Spanish onion, Small, Diced 
1 tablespoon parsley, Chopped  


1. Combine lemon juice, oil, ginger and peppers to make a marinade
2. Place Marlin in zip lock bag with marinade
3. Marinate fish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so
4. Turning once every 15 minutes
5. Steam fish in a steamer to taste
6. Cook snow peas to preference
7. Dice onion and tomato, sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper
8. Serve with fish
