Marlin Steaks
Himalayan pink salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Olive oil



1. Heat your barbecue on high
2. Rub a bit of olive oil on both sides of Steaks
3. Season both sides liberally with salt and fresh cracked black pepper
4. Cook steaks 3 minutes each side over high heat with the lid open
5. Don’t move steaks or try to flip too early
6. After 3 minutes steaks will release from the grill without sticking
7. Depending on thickness may need only 2 minutes for second side. 
8. The aim is to have the centre remain slightly translucent 
9. Squeeze some fresh lemon over the steaks before eating
