1/2 cup butter, divided
2 teaspoons minced garlic, divided
3 tomatoes, cubed
4 ounces fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 x 185g Marlin steaks



1. Preheat oven to 350 % F 175 % C
2. Heat saucepan to medium heat with 1/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon garlic 
3. When butter is melted, stir in tomatoes, basil, and lime juice
4. Just before mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low
5. In a small pot, melt remaining butter and mix in remaining garlic
6. Arrange steaks in a baking pan
7. Drizzle with butter and garlic mixture from the small pot
8. Bake fish for 7 minutes in preheated oven
9. Turn fish, and continue baking 7 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork
10. Spoon tomato mixture over fish to serve
11. Top with remaining butter and garlic sauce from the baking pan
