1/2 cup butter
Clove garlic minced
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Vegetable oil spray
6 x 185g Marlin steaks



1. Melt butter in a saucepan
2. Stir in Garlic, lemon juice and parsley
3. Spray grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking
4. Place Marlin steaks onto hot grill and brush with lemon sauce
5. Cook basting frequently 
6. Allow 10 minutes total cooking time for each inch of steak thickness
7. Turning once during cooking
8. If steak is 1 inch thick cook 5 minutes each side
9. Serve with tomato and onion
