4x 185g fresh Marlin steaks
For the marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce 
2 Tablespoons honey 
Dash cayenne pepper 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1 teaspoon minced ginger 



1. Combine all ingredients in a flat dish, add marlin steaks
2. Turn steaks a couple of times to coat with marinade
3. Let stand for at least 30 minutes
4. Longer marinade time up to 2 hours, place in refrigerator
5. Can make marinade ahead of time, store several days in refrigerator 
6. Brush and preheat grill on medium-high
7. Place marinated steaks on grill cook only 3-4 minutes per side
8. Marlin can get tough if overcooked
9. Serve with a rice and vegetables
