Ingredients

Whole Bream cleaned and scaled
shredded ginger
Spring onion sliced
soy sauce
Chinese cooking wine

Instructions

1. Place baking paper on a piece of foil large enough to wrap whole Bream
2. Top with fish, shredded ginger, spring onion, soy sauce and wine
3. Fold over baking paper and foil to form a parcel and place in baking tray
4. Bake in oven at 180%C (160 fan forced) 15-20 minutes until fish flakes
