1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 large cloves garlic, pressed
6 x 185g Flake steaks


1. Combine soy, orange juice, ketchup, parsley, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic
2. Set aside 1/4 cup
3. Add fish, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours
4. Remove fish from its marinade and grill over high heat on a preheated grill
5. Baste frequently with reserved 1/4 cup marinade
6. Cook 6 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
