Mahi Mahi steaks
125g Butter
125g Panko Crumbs
1/2 Bunch chives
3-4 Continental parsley tops
1/2 teaspoon pink salt
Zest and juice of 1 lime


1. Zest and juice the lime, finely chop the parsley and chives
2. Melt butter and add everything together, mix well
3. Place Mahi Mahi steaks on an oven tray, layer top with crumb mix and bake
