1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 x 125g Mahi Mahi steaks, patted dry


1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
2. Mix maple syrup, Cajun seasoning garlic powder in  small bowl
3. Brush the maple syrup mixture over the Mahi Mahi steaks
4. Cook Mahi Mahi in hot oil until fish flakes easily with fork 3-5 minutes per side
