1 cup white Zinfandel wine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
4 (250g) Mahi Mahi fillets


1. Pre heat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
2. Stir wine, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper together in a bowl
3. Place fillets in the bowl, turn to coat, allow to marinate 10 minutes
4. Remove fillets from marinade, shaking off excess, discard marinade
5. Grill fillets in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork 4 to 5 minutes per side
