4 Mahi Mahi steaks
1 teaspoon butter
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Dried Parsley to Garnish


1. Pat dry fish with paper towel. Sprinkle with salt
2. In a bowl mix together butter, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and onion flakes
3. Preheat the oven to 170%C
4. Arrange fish, skin side down in baking dish 1 cm apart from each other
5. Coat each fillet with a generous amount of mayo mixture
6. Top with bread crumbs, keep baking dish on a high rack bake for 10 minutes
7. Check if the fish is cooked. It will start flaking when cooked
8. Grill the fish for 1-2 minutes till the bread crumbs become crispy
9. Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potato
The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fish
