1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons crushed garlic (or two cloves if fresh)
1. Combine garlic and butter mix well
2. Place bugs, meat side down on a well-oiled hot plate.
3. After two minutes, flip onto their back and baste with garlic butter marinade
4. Put down the hood (if you have one) and cook for about another 5 minutes
5. Test bugs before you take them off
