4 Ling portions
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
2 tablespoons of dill, finely chopped
Asparagus (alternatively - beans or broccolini)
Salt and pepper


1. Mix together in a small bowl mayonnaise, dill, lemon zest and juice
2. Season with salt and pepper cover and refrigerate
3. Boil potatoes and asparagus
4. Pan fry fish fillets on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes each side
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve
