Flake fillets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/3 tablespoon ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil


1. Combine soy, orange juice, tomato sauce, parsley, lemon juice
2. Add pepper, olive oil and garlic
3. Place fish in a zip lock bag and pour mixture over
4. Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours
5. Remove fish from marinade
6. Grill 6 minutes each side until flakes easily when tested with a fork
