200g cooked clams drained, chopped and minced juice reserved
2 tablespoons clam juice
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 pinch garlic powder
chopped chives, for garnish


1. Mix all ingredients together, except chives, let stand an hour before serving
2. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with crackers
