90g cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, not miracle whip
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons onions, diced fine
2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced fine (optional)
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
185g crab meat, flaked and picked over for shells


1. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter
2. Mix until smooth with mixer. Sprinkle with salt and paprika and blend
3. Stir in by hand onion, bell pepper, cheese, and crab until just mixed
4. Stirring it too much will mash up the crab too much
5. Spoon into an oven safe dish or casserole
6. Bake at 175% C for 10 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly in the middle
7. Serve with your favourite dippers (crackers, pita, veggies, etc)
