Ingredients

2 tablespoons finely chopped capers
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 finely chopped anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well
2. cover with plastic wrap and chill until required
