Juice of 1 lime
2 finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons grated ginger


1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until required
