4 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup white wine 1 kg mussels cleaned and debearded
Chopped parsley
Warmed crusty bread


1. Cook garlic in a large oiled pot over medium heat 30 seconds until opaque
2. Add wine and bring to the boil
3. Add mussels and cover steam for 3 minutes or until mussels open
4. Spoon mussels and juices into a serving bowl
5. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and warmed crusty bread
