Ingredients

Snapper fillets
Soy sauce
Brown vinegar
Dash sweet chilli sauce
Flour seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning
Brown sugar
Drop of sesame oil
Olive oil

Instructions

1. Coat snapper in seasoned flour, pan fry over medium heat skin side up
2. Once snapper is turned, turn up the heat to crisp the skin
3. Combine all other ingredients together and drizzle over cooked fish
