Ingredients

700g fresh seafood or marinara mix
1 onion finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped
425g can crushed tomatoes
1/2cup white wine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
400g spaghetti
3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan add onion and garlic, cook 2-3 minutes on medium heat
2. Add tomato and wine simmer for 20 minutes
3. Stir in seafood and cook 6-8 minutes until seafood is just cooked
4. Add cooked and drained spaghetti
5. Sprinkle with parsley mix well and serve with parmesan cheese
