Ingredients

3-4 cooked blue swimmer crabs meat removed or 300g of cooked crab
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 cup basil washed
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet of linguine
Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta
2. Heat olive oil in fry pan on medium heat
3. Add garlic and tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes
4. Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, zest, basil and crab
5. Mix through to heat, add salt and pepper to taste
