Ingredients

Spanish Mackerel Steaks
5 grams fine salt
3 grams ground black pepper
100 grams barbecue sauce

Instructions

1. Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper
2. Set aside for 30 minutes
3. Pre-heat Griller
4. Brush, generously all sides of fish with barbecue sauce
5. Lay fish in a suitable pan and pop into griller
6. Toast fish for 20 minutes each side
7. Serve with fresh salad
