2 fillets Spanish mackerel
50ml Sake
30g Sugar
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
50ml Organic whole-soy bean soy sauce


1. Mix together soy sauce, sake and sugar in a bowl
2. Add the fish fillets and marinate
3. Heat oil in a fry pan
4. Add drained marinated fillets to the pan
5. Cook slowly over medium-low heat on both sides
6. Add 2 tablespoons of the marinating liquid to the pan
7. Coat fish fillets until they are brown and shiny
8. Serve
