Ingredients

2 Spanish Mackeral cutlets
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cornflour
salt as per taste
canola oil for frying

Instructions

1. Combine chilli powder, lemon juice, salt and cornflour
2. Mix thoroughly to form a paste, add water if the paste is too thick
3. Coat cutlets with the paste and allow to marinate at least 1 hour
4. Heat Canola oil in a deep fryer, deep fry cutlets until cooked
5. Serve with lemons on the side
Note
For those who don’t like spicy substitute Kashmiri chili powder for regular 
This chili powder isn’t as spicy, but it adds a wonderful red colour
