Ingredients

3 Spanish Mackeral steaks
1 piece lemon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 head garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

1. In a pan stir-fry garlic with cooking oil until fragrant
2. Add butter allow to melt on moderate heat stirring occasionally
3. Pour melted sauce in a plastic container place in freezer to solidify
4. Rub salt and pepper on steaks
5. Drizzle with lemon juice let stand to marinate at least 15 minutes
6. In a non-stick pan melt 1 tablespoon butter, grill steaks
7. One at a time for 2-3 minutes each side on moderate heat
8. Place on a serving platter
9. Top with a scoop of semi solidified garlic butter
10. Garnish with lemon slice and parsley if desired
