Ingredients

2 Flathead fillets
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon mild curry powder
1 tablespoon plain flour
2 tablespoons oil
1 bunch of Bok choy halved
1 bunch asparagus spears halved

Instructions

1. Cut the flathead fillets lengthwise into 5cm pieces
2. Combine sesame seeds, curry powder and flour on a plate
3. Coat the fish pieces pressing firmly
4. Heat oil in medium fry pan cook 3-4 minutes each side and drain
5. Place Bok choy and asparagus in microwave safe bowl with a little water
6. Cover and cook on high 2-3 minutes, Serve with fish
