1 1/4 cups jasmine rice, rinsed
4 x 120g Dory fillets
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
4cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced


1. Cook rice in a saucepan of boiling water
2. Following packet directions, until tender. Drain
3. Line a 30cm bamboo steamer with baking paper
4. Pour 2 cups cold water into a wok. Place steamer over water
5. Bring water to a simmer over medium heat
6. Place fish in steamer and cover
7. Steam fish 7 to 8 minutes until just cooked through
8. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm
9. Remove and discard baking paper. Add broccolini to steamer
10. Cover and steam 4 to 5 minutes or until tender
11. Place teriyaki sauce, ginger and 1/4 cup cold water in saucepan on low heat
12. Bring to a simmer and Simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened
13. Add onion and Stir to combine
14. Drizzle fish with sauce. Serve with broccolini and rice
