Ingredients

4 Flathead fillets, not too thick
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
60g garlic butter, melted
250g cherry tomatoes

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 210°C. Lightly grease a baking dish
2. Place fish fillets into the dish in a single layer
3. Combine lemon juice and mayonnaise pour over fish
4. Top with bread crumbs and parsley
5. Pour over melted butter add tomatoes to pan
6. Cook 15 min. Serve with salad, Coleslaw and wedges
