Ingredients

2 x 200ml cartons coconut cream
2 tablespoons red Thai curry paste
4 salmon steaks
Lime wedges to serve

 Instructions 

1. Mix coconut cream and curry paste together
2. Coat salmon steaks and marinate at least 1 hour or overnight
3. Remove salmon from marinade shake off excess
4. Cook on a hot plate, grill or pan for about 10 minutes turning once
5. Transfer marinade to a saucepan and heat through until bubbling
6. Serve marinade spooned over salmon with lime wedges on the side
