1 tablespoon olive oil
3 x 200g Salmon steaks
150g snow peas trimmed and blanched
150g sugar snap peas trimmed and blanched
1 cup frozen peas blanched
Chopped dill to serve

Creamy Dill dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Finely grated rind and juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon horseradish cream
1 tablespoon chopped dill
2 garlic cloves crushed


1. Cook Salmon until just cooked and flake
2. Toss in blanched peas and chill
3. Mix all ingredients of dressing and chill
4. Drizzle dressing over salmon salad when ready to serve
