1 tablespoon olive oil
4 salmon fillets or cutlets
Seasoning of choice
Salad to serve

Yoghurt & Dill Sauce
3/4 cup natural yoghurt
1/4 cup chopped dill seasoning of choice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove crushed


1. Heat oil in large frying pan on high
2. Sprinkle salmon with seasoning cook 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to taste
Yoghurt & Dill sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl season to taste
2. Serve salmon drizzled with sauce, accompany with salad
