Ingredients

4 fish fillets or cutlets of Mulloway or blue eyed cod
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade- Original flavour
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
30g butter, cubed

Instructions

1. Cut 4 large squares of foil. Place a cutlet of fish onto each piece
2. Top each with an even amount of lemon and lime slices
3. Sprinkle with green onions
4. Combine teriyaki marinade with sauce, drizzle an equal amount over each 
5. Finish with a knob of butter
6. Fold foil to encase fish seal well
7. Cook on hot barbecue or char grill 5-10 minutes until cooked to taste
8. Serve with rice and salad
