Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 x 200g Ocean Trout steaks
1/2 cup aioli
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions 

To make mustard sauce
1. Combine aioli, lemon juice, mustard Salt and pepper in a small bowl
2. Mix well and set aside
3. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat
4. Add trout cook about 3 minutes each side or until cooked to taste
5. Serve with mustard sauce
